If yes, you're all set — there's no need to register.
👉 Ask your club's admin or coach to add you. They'll set up your login, and you'll be straight in — linked to your squad, your coach, and your training.
Not sure? Just ask — it only takes a minute. If your club isn't using Swymetric yet, read on below.
Both of these are about being part of a swim club — pick whichever sounds like you.
Use Swymetric by yourself, and keep track of your own training.

For using Swymetric on your own, whether or not you belong to a club.
This is the right choice if your club hasn't joined Swymetric yet, or you're not part of a club at all. Either way, you're welcome to use it just for yourself.
If your club joins Swymetric later, or you join a different club, your club's admin simply adds you — you won't need to register again.
Register as a Swimmer →For setting your whole club up on Swymetric — not for joining a club that's already on it.
If your club hasn't set up Swymetric yet, this is how it gets started — and the whole club benefits, not just one swimmer. It's usually a chairperson, club manager, or head coach who handles this part.
Register this way and you become the club's administrator, starting with a free trial. From there, you're the one who adds your swimmers, coaches, and other admins — so nobody else on the team needs to register at all.
Already on Swymetric as a club? You won't need this one — just ask whoever set it up to add you instead. If you'd simply like your club to consider Swymetric, feel free to mention it to your committee or coach.
Want to see it in action first? We're happy to walk you and your committee through it before you decide.
Register a Club → 🎥 Request a Demo →Taking a course, or teaching one, is a completely separate thing. It makes no difference whether you're already a swimmer, already belong to a club, or your club already uses Swymetric — a Learner or Facilitator account works just the same either way. Register for one whenever it suits you.
Pick whichever one sounds like you.
Take an online course — nothing to do with a club.
Free to register Register as a Learner →Build your own course and teach it on Swymetric.
Free to apply · reviewed by our team Apply as a Facilitator → 🎥 Request a Demo insteadFor taking an online course on your own.
A free account for anyone who'd like to take a course — becoming a qualified timekeeper or official, for example. Anyone can register, whether you're a swimmer, belong to a club, or neither.
Not sure how enrolling and paying for a course actually works? See our step-by-step Learner Enrolment Guide.
Register as a Learner →For building and teaching your own course.
If you'd rather create a course than take one, this is the one for you. Like the Learner account, it has nothing to do with swim clubs — anyone can apply. Every application is reviewed before approval, so it may take a little while to hear back.
Not sure what that looks like day to day? We're happy to walk you through it first.
Apply as a Facilitator → 🎥 Request a Demo →No stress. We'll move your account to the correct type and remove the incorrect one.
